Welcome to the WBFL website. We hope you take some time to look around, and hopefully the information posted here is useful for your needs. If you have any comments or questions, please contact the webmaster. The WBFL was established in 1978 when the Western League and the Bay League came together. Since 1978, the league has greatly grown to encompass the West L.A. and South Bay area schools. The primary goal is to bring about a closer union among member schools and to create an atmosphere which will encourage and develop a wide range of public speaking activities.
